You each have decided to become part of the program for assistance with some aspect of your journey toward becoming the best version of you: ultimate health and fitness of mind and body! Though not all of you share the same specific goals, one thing is for sure, you have courage! Courage to try! Courage to believe in yourself! Courage to step outside your comfor zone and join together as a team to achieve your goals, dreams, desires!
Some of you have had experience with us here at DF, others are not familiar with exercise at all. Some of you have made exercise a regular part of your lifestyle however you need help, motivation and support when it comes to making healthier nutrition choices! Some of you straight up just like the support of a team to get you more excited and focused on achieving your goals! For some, this is all new! No worries, as a team we will be providing support and encouragement along the way! Your strengths and weaknesses will be helpful as we progress together over the next six weeks!
We will inspire you to want to eat healthy! Eating healthy does not mean starving yourself, in fact, it can be fun! As you start to transition into eating healthier, and smarter, you will also start to feel better! Be prepared...your energy and excitement to attack each day will have you feeling wonderful!
If you have a deep seeded desire to succeed, and you are willing to do the work required to achieve what you desire, get started! Wait 'til you can see what you are capable of! You are capable of accomplishing more than you know...
