DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE?

You have a goal, a vision, a desire, something you want to achieve! You can and will reach your goals if
  • you take the time it requires to develop new habits,
  • if you are willing to do the hard work it is going to take to get there,
  • if you are honest with yourself,
  • if you believe in yourself
  • if you let go of Excuses why you can't do it
  • if you make your goals a Priority
In order to feel better, you must be willing to be uncomfortable while you learn to create new habits.
This means, that even when you think you don't have time to do what I am suggesting, I need you to find the time to do it.
In order to make improvements, change in your current habits needs to occur! Will it be easy? No! Will it be worth it? Absolutely!
Learn to talk back to your sabotaging thoughts like, I'd rather keep sleeping, or I'd rather go home. Recognize those thoughts as a challenge you are up against, acknowledge that you hear them, then do what it is you intended, even when you think you "just don't feel like it!"
