Run group went very well this week! The beginner and intermediate groups did intervals, hills and distance to complete Week 1!
Reminder we exercise for the health of it! Running and Walking will have a great impact of the cardiovascular health of our bodies! It will improve bone density, muscle tone, and flexibility too! It also stimulates those endorphins to improve our mood and mental clarity! So, when you get the opportunity to partake in these activities, be mindful and enjoy each step along the way! Every step you take is one in the forward direction! No matter how few or how slow or fast you go, it's your pace, it's not a race, rather its a journey... LIVE IT UP....
