Role Model

Who is yours? What attributes and characteristics does this person have? Why are you so drawn to them? The reason I ask is because usually the people we strive to be have qualities that we do not. Or, they may lead a lead a life you wish to have. For various reason...but think about it! What do they have that you want? Better yet, what do you have that they might want? Qualities, family? What makes you, you, and what are the qualities in your role models you strive to achieve?

Also pending weather, MJ will be holding a pickup class tomorrow at 7pm! Go and have fun!

I am always amazed by people who are very organized in their life. I am not organized AT ALL, and I think that I am fascinated by a person who is organized. I feel that this is my downfall, and I believe that I could accomplish sooooo much more in my life if I were just organized.--ie.-- Getting everything done so that I am able to exercise. So I know that my role model(s) would be a person that has mastered this quality. I know that ONE day I will be organized too--and then I am CERTAIN I will die the next--LOL!!!

I agree Shannon. I admire people that are so positive, Kerri & all the coaches are inspiring. I have taken some of the positive talks & attitudes to work, inspiring my staff & spinning their bad days into a positive outlook . It has really made me feel better as a person! I also admire the people who work so hard at the gym & they just look so fit! But I am trying to change that , instead of admiring so much-I'm trying to get there too!

I am inspired by people we meet day to day who face adversity and just keep on truckin' with a smile. It always gives me a reality check to keep postive and not let the little things bring me down when there are people out there with real hardships and they keep working hard and never give up!
