How do you get past that gnawing feeling in your stomach and your head that tells you to eat something "satisfying", which is not fruit, vegetables, meat or nuts? I ran out of larabars and I am craving nonpaleo foods. I was fine until two days ago.

Thats your brain telling you its hungry. It really has nothing to do with the "satisfying foods." Your brain just knows that you love that food so it is focusing on that. Eat something you love that is on Paleo (there has to be more than Larabars!), eat until full!

Help!!!! I have been so good up until now, I had no cravings or wants for that matter, but this week, oh my....Lots of stress, I haven't even been making wise choices. I NEED THIS MEETING TONIGHT! Thanks coaches!
I will get back on track.
