You know its going to snow enough that it will be hard to leave the house. You know you will not be able to get out of the house to go to the gym. You know you cant go out for food, and nothing you get delivered in this area fits your new healthy lifestyle. Whats your plan? I know many of you might not have though of this before today.
Here is what I do: Make sure I work out a bit harder, longer the day before/after, and go food shopping the day before the storm to make sure I have healthy foods available when Im in my "lazy, i dont want to do anything mood." Maybe I will do pushups every commercial if I am watching tv. Almost every house has stairs, have you ever used yours to workout? Indoor cardio! Have you thought about it? What is your plan?
