I am proud of myself because I have come to all the classes I signed up for and work hard at each class to improve.
I am proud of myself because I am realizing every time I face adversity ... I'm dealing with it better and better!!! More rational thoughts than irrational!
I am proud of myself because I am now making better food choices and feel better because of it with incorporating more exercise.
I am proud of myself for teaching my kids to value themselves and to treat others with respect!
I am proud of myself because for the first time in a very long time I am not focusing on the number on the scale!!
I am proud I haven't weighed myself since Saturday! I am also proud of myself for trying new classes this week.
I am proud of myself because this is the first year in all of my life that I did not buy or eat a single Girl Scout Cookie!!! Sorry Scouts.

I am proud of myself because I have been very mindful of what foods I eat and my thoughts. If I choose to have a treat or think negative thoughts I am very aware and get back on track immediately!
I am proud of myself because I can go to DD and just get coffee, no snacks, no donuts, no sandwiches. I used to stop every morning on my way to work for breakfast.
I am proud of myself because I have finally been able to do things outside of my comfort zone.
I am proud of myself because I am making better food choices and trying to do "clean eating" which also means trying new veggies such as parsnips, rutabega, and kale (which I used to think was just used for "fancy dressing up a plate"! I have stepped out of my comfort zone & tried new classes at DF & found that I like them!
I am proud of myself because I am keeping the mindset that this is a lifestyle change, and I get right back on track if I make a mistake and not dwell on it.
I am proud of myself because I never thought I could give up bread and sweets, but I have.
Because.....I am making (more) better choices, not perfect, but at least thinking about the choices before shoveling it in. Also, couldn't find a cross country ski buddy Saturday morning so I went alone. I have 2 Extra sets of skis if anyone would like to try it. Size 8 boots, wear thin socks if u are an 8 1/2, thick socks if u are a 7 1/2! Let's hope we get more snow!
