Reflection of meeting 1...
I'm so proud of everyone that stood up and spoke in front of the group! Ryan and I were speaking and he said it was his favorite meeting this far! So inspiring were the words he used! Hearing from so many people, hearing about all that has been accomplished thus far, hearing about the excitement for the future, the courage to set new goals and to believe they can be achieved.
What were you thinking when I told you what I was planning for the meeting? What did you think about the format of the meeting?
I finally cleaned my house today! Scrubbed and straightened! Always feels so good when I get things accomplished around the house as they are usually what gets put on the back burner when life gets busy! Bought new shower products which makes it more appealing for me to jump in and smell fresh afterward! Kind of like getting a new pair of running sneakers or an outfit to exercise in that make me feel good and helps me look forward to exercising!!
Enjoy your workouts this week! Make it fun! Try new foods and stick to the Paleo pyramid!! Bottom up!
The minute you get lazy, the minute you make excuses, the minute you justify bad behavior... You have then started on the path toward developing bad habits... So stay focused, use your reasons you want to be healthy, fit and/or lose weight charts... A daily reminder is necessary to keep us from falling off the wagon! You've come so far... Don't give up on YOU!!!

gotta be honest my stomach was full of butterflies when u said we were going up to tell about are achivements, and new goals. i have to say YOU, the gym,and the people there really helped me through my situation. i dont know if i've been this happy and i know ive never been this fit. was wearing size 38 (tight), now i got 36s and actually fit 34s comfortably.. plus the people are so nice. what a cool deal. and bree and i are signed up for the tough mudder! looking forward to the week of classes

Wow sounds like i missed a great meeting. I was really looking forward to the second round but so far havent gotten off to such a great start. My kids are always sick here lately. but i know i have come too far to give up!

Sorry I missed Saturday morning as well. I was looking forward to knowing the faces with the names. Hopefully I'll meet some of you in the classes or the 5K training which is one of my goals to accomplish too. Kerri' s and Ryan's words of encouragement have truly touched me and keep me going!

The meeting was awesome. I do not like to stand up in front of a group of people and talk. I forget what I want to say or I feel that I don't come across clearly. So when Keri called me up in the first group a I was very nervous. I wish I would have said more about how awesome this program is. I wish I would have thanked the trainers. Thank you Keri and Ryan and MJ and Heather, you are all so terrific!
I admit I started this journey to lose weight but it has become so much more. The support, comraderie, encouragement, and friendships are indescribably wonderful!
I feel so good that I want to continue with the program and make this my lifestyle.
