Tonight I chose to make a salad for dinner! I'm trying hard to detox my body of the sugar I ate over my vacation... I assure you it did me no good as my energy is dragging and my belly UPSET with me!!
This is a GIANT bowl of spring mix! Some red onion, fully cooked chicken breast strips from wegmans (no hormones or steroids), balsamic VINEGAR not vinegarette ... And a fresh tomato bruschetta ... My cheat... Fresh mozzarella cheese!
It's important to eat until you feel full!! Eat slowly, mindfully, but don't cut yourself short bc you think it's too much... Everything I'm eating here is good for my body so I need not worry!!! If I don't fill up I certainly will get hungry later!
